The fully automatic pressure compensation system has accurate pressure automatic compensation capabilities so that the pressure in the furnace can be repeatedly reproduced according to the set curve value. lt is not affected by the slight leakage of the thermal insulation furnace, the air pressure fluctuation of the gas pipeline, and the aluminum liquid level change.
High-performance insulation furnace: different types of equipment can be equipped with different capacity insulation furnaces such as 200-1500kg. According to the process requirements of different products. it can be equipped with a melting pool (radiation) or a crucible -type insulation furnace. The largest furnace work pressure is 1.5bar. Install the 2bar safety valve in the thermal insulation furnace to prevent the stove from over pressure.
